A local automation company required extraction over 4 of their new machines. The challenge was that the building is only a temporary measure and any installed ventilation needed to be built in such a way that it could be moved to its new location easily. The before and after pictures below show the project in full.
The fan is mounted next to the far wall drawing air from all four machines. The extract hoods placed over the top of the outlets on each machine also draw air from the room. The grills in the false ceiling have been fitted to allow air changes within the room.
All four machines are now up and running and feedback from the customer is glowing. They had an audit carried out and the ventilation system scored full marks in all categories including health and safety and efficiency.
